American and European prints from 1850-1950, with a strong concentration of 20th Century American Art, particularly New York artists of the 20's and 30's. During this period the Art Students League in New York became a center of creativity for the American printmaking movement. Out of this environment came artists such as George Bellows, John Sloan, Armin Landeck, Martin Lewis, Peggy Bacon, Mabel Dwight, and Yasuo Kuniyoshi.
