Peter Xiao Biography

Peking, China, 1956

Chinese-born American established artist, Peter Tong Xiao's figurative work is dominated by his personal interpretation of figures and images.

Xiao trained at the University of Peking, Coe College, Cedar Rapids, Iowa and Tyler School of Art, Temple University. Since 1989, he has also served as a Professor of Arts at the Augustana College, Rock Island, Illinois.
