Balnearia, Argentina, 1964
An established Argentine artist, Nino Grangetto works with black and white photography. He is inspired by nature, and many of his pieces are starkly beautiful images of animals. He is also interested in more conceptual work, however, often rooted in recent political and economic changes in Argentina.
Although largely self-taught, Grangetto has completed courses in black and white photography from the Foto Club Cordoba, Sistema Zonal, Fine Art Print, and with Diego Ortiz Mugica, in Buenos Aires.
Apart from numerous group and solo exhibitions, Grangetto?s work has been published in various international publications.
