Jeremy Tan is borned in Singapore. At 22, after graduating from art school, he left Singapore to Los Angeles for film study at the Columbia College.
He aquired a bachalor's degree in film and head on to the Academy of Arts University, San Francisco for one year in Digital Animation. He had lived in California for 9 years.
Presently, he is back in Singapore as an artist. He is inspired by world cultures from east to west, from the ancient to the future.
Artist's Statement
I have a natural childplay of imagining myself as a National Geographic time travelling journalist and travelled to another time and space. Visit someone and sensing the enviroment. It is a sacred communion between me and my archetypes that I have painted.
Some friends associate my archetypes to Tarot cards. Some said they are my past lifes. But I am always happy with my aesthetic escapades. A World within worlds.

All the original works are painted with Rembrandt water colors and kremer pigments on 356gsm Waterford papers.
Prices of painting depicted here are the limited edition prints. They are signed in gold, numbered in limited editions of 30 on 250gsm paper. Size with white boarders are 11.8 inches(w) by 16.5 inches(h)
