Established Spanish sculptor Hector Goyanes creates works of steel wire, creating the illusion of drawing in three dimensions.
His works, mainly made of wire, seem to be drawings searching for a sculptural dimension or rather sculptures with the vocation of drawings. Goyanes' works find new depths within this medium. Because of the nature of sculpting with wire, the pieces inherit their surrounding landscape as it is visible through each artwork. In this way they take on a new element to the visual experience wherever they are placed.
