Brussels
Probably the best known of all Belgian art galleries, this art shop and gallery was founded by André DE RIDDER and Paul-Gustave VAN HECKE, in 1920.
The Gallery showed the works of all major Belgian EXPRESSIONIST artists, such as VAN DEN BERGHE, DE SMET and TYTGAT.
The bulletin published by the Gallery also became known as one of the most important art magazines of Belgium and the French speaking world.
The Gallery closed in 1931.
