Carmen García Bartolomé Biography

Madrid, Spain 1971 -

An emerging Spanish artist, Carmen Garcia Bartolome works with oil on canvas. Her surreal paintings, full of half recognizable forms, are highly narrative. In addition to her work as a painter she acts, and has appeared in numerous plays in both Spain and Greece.

She studied Fine Art at the Universidad Complutense in Madrid, and under George Lappas at the University of Fine Arts in Athens, Greece.
