Jan Voss Biography

Hamburg, Germany, 1936

An established German artist, Jan Voss works in an abstract style. He experiments with a variety of materials to create vibrant works in saturated colors in which forms seem to interlock and intersect in constant motion.

He studied at the Munich Art Academy in the late 50s, and later worked as a lecturer and professor at the Hamburg Art Academy and the Ã?cole Nationale Superieure des Beaux-Arts, in Paris.

His work as been exhibited and collected internationally.
