Note: This was made for the book "L'Ordre des Oiseaux". by Saint-JohnPerse and contained 12 colour etchings by George Braque. The copper plates have been cancelled by the publisher. The work was supposed to be ready for the artist’s 80th birthday but, unfortunately, was a little delayed. Published by : Au Vent d'Arles, Paris. Printed by: Crommelynck, Paris Edition: 130 copies + 30 numbered and signed copies Size: 250 x 130 mms (Image size) 580 x 445 mms (Paper size) Reference: Vallier n° 182 page 258 Condition: Edge of the margins browned, folding in the corner lower right, otherwise good condition.
