Quoc Huy Nguyen Biography

Birth Date and Place: 1971, in Hanoi, Viet Nam Graduated from the Hanoi Fine Arts University – Lacquer Faculty in 1994. Member of the Vietnam Fine Arts Association. Member of the Hanoi Fine Arts Association.

Huy is a meticulous artist whose attention to detail is among the top of his profession. Huy has been winning awards for his work for more than a decade. We look forward to see him winning many more awards in the coming years. His work extends in two directions; landscape and Buddhist meditative themes. His work is primarily with lacquer on wood, where he excels. Nguyen Quoc Huy is great talent that is getting better each year.
