Bless Biography

BLESS was founded in 1995, by Desiree Heiss and Ines Kaag. Desiree Heiss was born in Germany in 1971 and graduated from the University of Applied Arts Vienna in 1994. Omes Kaag was also born in Germany and graduated from the University of Art and Design Hanover in 1995. They met as students at the Concours International des Jeunes Createurs de la mode in Paris.

BLESS creates a variety of products from disposable t-shirts, to cable jewellery, customizable footwear, bags, all-around wear, and much more. Involved in art, design and fashion exhibitions, festivals, galleries, museums, BLESS also has shops in Berlin and Paris. They have had exhibitions with Droog in Amsterdam, in addition to exhibiting in museums in Berlin, Tokyo, Paris, Sweden and in the Salone de Mobile in Milan.
