Ricardo Koci Biography

Prague 1954 -

A Czech artist now based in Spain, Ricardo Koci produces abstract prints in muted, subtle colours.

Koci studied art at the North Texas State University in the US, where he specialized in sculpture and subsequently worked in sculptor Tracie Guthrie's studio. He came to Spain in 1976 armed with a grant from the Hispanic Institute to study at the San Fernando Fine Art Academy and the Circulo de Bellas Artes in Madrid.
