Reimund Franke Biography

Elten (Rees), Germay, 1948 -

ESTABLISHED German artist Reimund Franke's PRIMITIVE style PRINTS, reminiscent of cave paintings, combine human figures and mystic symbols that evoke a world in constant movement.

Franke's themes center on ancient culture and religion, the archaic symbols and beliefs of our forgotten ancestors and origins.

Franke trained in Folkwangschule and has been exhibiting his work throughout Europe since 1974.
