Samur, France, 1929

A French painter, Andre Marie Pierre Brasilier has achieved international fame.

At the age of 23 he received the Grand Prize of Rome. It was then that Brasilier entered into the Parisian artistic world, and began to show his work both within France and internationally.

Says Bernard de Montgolfier of his work: ?Brasilier has a very unique was of being non-figurative within the world of figurative painting.?
