Oleg Safronov Biography

Moscow, 1955

Graduated 1986 from the Faculty of Applied Arts of the Moscow Textile Institute. Member of the International Artist Union (IFA, UNESCO). Member of the Association of Russian Artists (ARKH).

More than 200 works of Oleg Safronov are in private collections, both in Russia and abroad (Germany, USA, Holland, Denmark, Spain).

2002-2007 - Solo exhibitions at the Centre Cultural of Russian (Barcelona, Figueres, Spain).

1997-2002 - Solo exhibitions at the Asti Gallery, Moscow.

1995 - Exhibitions in the Czech Cultural Centre, Moscow.

1994 - Contract relationship with "Moscow Import" Company, USA. - Exhibitions in New York, Chicago, Sydney, Miami, Florida, Kansas. - Exhibitions in the Karl Springer Design Centre and the Solomon P. Giggenheim Museum, New York.

1993 - Participated in an exhibition of Russian Artists held in Marburg,Germany.

1990-1992 - Exhibited in shows coordinated by the Art-Best Gallery in Moscow and abroad (Germany, Holland,Denmark).
