Detailed Description

Beautiful heliogravure after the famous 1940 Charles Walch work "La Fenêtre Bleue". This particular piece is signed by Walch 'in the plate' (visible lower right corner), and has title with year plus other corroborative details and reference, catalogued in lead verso the support. Benefiting dimensions of Support 210 mms x 176 mms, Plate 199 mms x 165 mms, the print is vacuum sealed & mounted on acid free white matting board, and it remains in excellent condition for the period. It is immediately ready for framing, and will be accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity detailing the origins of the item. (ref 20008)
