Ana Gelashvili Biography
Ana Gelashvili was born in the city of Tbilisi, Georgia. She is an established Georgian artist.During her teenage years, she studied at Tbilisi College of Arts. Then she went on to study at Tbilisi State Academy of Arts. Her professional artistic activity began in 1995 developing a great variety of artistic activities including: individual exhibitions in Georgia, collective exhibitions in Georgia and abroad, artist meetings and workshops. Her paintings principally consist of still lives and compositions. Her works are characterised as realist and impressionist. Ana began her teaching activity at Tbilisi State Academy of Arts in 2001. Her biography was included in the reference book "Who's who in Georgian Art". Her work forms a part of private collections around the world.
