Pham Kien Giang Biography
Hanoi, Vietnam, 1969 -
An up-and-coming Vietnamese artist, Pham Kien Giang works with oil on canvas. The subject of his paintings is the picturesque countryside of Vietnam for which he feels great affection. Through his work we see an exploration of memories of time and place.
For Giang, art is a field in which impossible things become possible. His paintings are not bound by rules of composition or color, but flow freely from his hand.
He is self-taught.
