Original Etching with full margin on Velin (wove) paper.Paper size :33 X 44.5 cm / 13 X 17.5 inches.
Image size :24 X 30 cm / 9.5 X 11.8 inches.
This beautiful etching was printed in 1956 as part of the series "Bible" that included 105 different original etchings that described scenes from the Bible. It was printed by edition Verve, Paris. Chagall printed 275 impressions of each etching. The work appears in the catalogure raisonne of Chagall, this book includes all the original works Chagall made.

Condition : Very Good condition. Very light discoloration from former mating in the margin and some creases in the margins.
