Jean Dewasne Biography

An established French painter and sculptor, Jean Dewasne has worked in a variety of styles throughout his long career. His early paintings mixed geometric abstraction with pop art. In the 1960s he began sculpting with large industrial pieces, while in the 80s he was commissioned for a number of public projects.
His work has been exhibited and collected internationally.
